There is always room for one more in my heart ....

Love shared is not
love diminished!

After the passing of my adoptive parents, it was no surprise to those closest to me when I enrolled to study psychology as a mature age student.

Such a long held dream to be a day-time student after previously completing studies while full-time working.

Hopefully my determination inspires my children and grandchildren to not hesitate to follow their dreams.

Let's not forget there is no need to tackle problems alone. Jigsaw Queensland Post-adoption Centre comes to mind for anyone who has been affected by adoption.

No matter who answers
the phone, they will be able
to help you.

Ordinary people make the most extra-ordinary things happen,

especially when working with others towards common goals.

On reflection

On Reflection ...

It is fair to say I have always been an eternal optimistic

and positive thinker.

I can see the glass half-full

at the same time as having awareness of it being

half-empty.

I do know it is possible to fall in love at a young age and stay in love with one man for 56 years.
It is easy to see that in my own way,
I did gain the equivalent of several degrees from choosing various career paths, staying in one relationship, raising our sons, welcoming
partners and loving the arrival of precious grandchildren .... all while negotiating
the bumps and bends along the way. n
